However, if you need assistance for a Fangzahn product, don't forget to answer the following questions to speed up the process:

• Which simulator (and version) are you using?
• (if applicable) Which terrain and landclass add-ons are you using?
• (if applicable) What are your terrain settings in the simulator?
• (if applicable) a screenshot of the problem
